Round these parts we Called them “ Bitzers “
Usualy made of bitz of this and bitz of that.
Thrown together from scrap parts and named whatever
the tank was off, True bitsers! There were 1000s of them out there.
Work Bikes Fishing Bikes Sand hill scramblers what ever you wanted to call them.
You could pick up a Villiers engines in scrap yards for a couple of Quid.
A Frame from a Greeves or a Tiger Cub usualy Free
A Good one may be made of the folowing
A Cotton Tank and Leading Forks, A Greeves Frame
Barini Alloys. Villiers 9e Engine
Rennolds Chains and sprockets and a seat of a Bantam Grass tracker.
So! Just what is it. What do you Call it. Yes ... A Bitzer Where do I get a manual for it
